Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unopened and in its original packaging, with all labels, accessories and components included. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us using our store contact form and include your order number and reason for the return.

All returns must be approved before being sent. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process a refund for a return that we do not receive.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, missing original packaging, or otherwise not returned in their original condition may not qualify for a change-of-mind refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original express, priority or other optional shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly through our store contact form and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where appropriate.

Please do not return the item until we provide instructions. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to resolve the issue without requiring the product to be returned.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
